Shipping policy

Where we ship: Canada-wide with the exception of the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Shipping costs vary by province and are calculated at checkout. For prepaid gift subscriptions, shipping costs will be charged up front for all deliveries.

Bundles, gifts & recurring subscriptions ship out at the start of the month, and are expected to arrive by the middle of the month, with the exception of rural locations, where delivery may take longer.

Where possible, we may engage a local delivery company in lieu of Canada Post. This allows for better transport and care for the packages. There is no additional cost for this.
